【摘要】目的：探索针对妊高症患者应用硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗的临床效果。方法：90例妊高症患者作为研究对象并随机分组，对照组45例均接受硫酸镁治疗，研究组45例均接受硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗，对比疗效。结果：研究组总有效率高达95.56%，显著性超过对照组的82.22%(P<0.05)。干预后，两组脐动脉阻力指数、红细胞比容及血黏度等指标均明显下降，研究组下降程度显著性超过对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为8.89%，略低于对照组的11.11%(P>0.05)。结论：针对妊高症患者应用硫酸镁联合硝苯地平实施治疗，可以取得明显效果，有助于改善患者预后。
