【摘要】目的：分析对剖宫产术同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术患者采用精细化护理方案的临床效果。方法：选择我院2017年1月至2018年6月收治剖宫产术同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术患者计96例，随机分为常规护理对照组(n=48)与采用精细化护理实验组(n=48)，对比临床疗效。结果：实验组患者术后恢复情况明显优于对照组，P<0.05，满意度高于对照组，P<0.05。结论：对剖宫产术并行子宫肌瘤剔除术患者采用精细化护理方案干预可有效加快患者的康复进程，有利于和谐护患关系的构建。
