【摘要】目的：探讨奥瑞姆自理理论-支持教育系统在老年偏执型精神分裂症护理中的应用效果。方法：选择80例老年偏执型精神分裂症患者随机分组，对照组接受常规护理，观察组加用奥瑞姆自理理论-支持教育系统。结果：观察组患者治疗依从率、SDSS评分显著优于对照组，经检验，P<0.05。结论：奥瑞姆自理理论-支持教育系统应用于老年偏执型精神分裂症患者的护理实践，能够有效提升护理效果，值得推广。
