【摘要】目的：探讨普罗帕酮治疗小儿川崎病合并心律失常的临床价值。方法：选取60例小儿川崎病合并心律失常为研究对象，随机分为对照组和实验组，分别采用美托洛尔及普罗帕酮治疗，比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果：研究组心功能优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：普罗帕酮能够改善小儿川崎病合并心律失常的心功能。

    [Abstract]Objective：To investigate the clinical value of propafenone in the treatment of children with Kawasaki disease complicated with arrhythmia.Methods：Sixty children with Kawasaki disease and arrhythmia were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Metoprolol and propafenone were used to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results：The heart function of the study group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion：Propafenone can improve the cardiac function of children with Kawasaki disease and arrhythmia.
