【摘要】目的：探析对男性不育患者开展优质护理临床影响。方法：选取我院2017年7月至2018年12月收治的男性不育患者67例，随机分为常规组(33例)、优质组(34例)，分别开展常规护理、优质护理，比较两组抑郁水平及护理满意度。结果：优质组患者抑郁评分较常规组低，护理满意度较常规组高(P<0.05)。结论：予男性不育患者开展优质护理，可缓解其抑郁水平，提升护理满意度。
