耳穴压豆中医护理在高血压病患者中的应用价值评价(1)
【摘要】目的：分析耳穴压豆中医护理在高血压病患者中的应用效果。方法：研究階段为2018年1月～2019年1月，共纳入研究对象56例，均为高血压病患者，根据门诊编号最后一位数奇偶数进行分组，末位数单数分入观察组，末尾数双数分入对照组，对照组采用中医护理，观察组在对照组基础上联合耳穴压豆，比较两组护理效果。结果：两组护理前QOL评分差异不显著，P>0.05;护理后，观察组QOL评分(49.76±5.62)分高于对照组(37.16±4.48)分，差异有统计学意义，P<0.05。对照组总有效率71.43%低于观察组92.86%，观察组护理总满意率96.43%(27/28)高于对照组护理满意率67.86%(19/28)，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：针对高血压患者采用耳穴压豆中医护理可改善血压水平，提高患者生活质量及护理满意度，值得临床应用与推广。

[Abstract]Objective： To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing of auricular acupoints in patients with hypertension. Methods： The study period was from January 2018 to January 2019. A total of 56 subjects were included in the study. All patients were hypertensive patients. The last digits of the outpatient number were grouped according to the last number of odds. The last digit was divided into the observation group. The number of doubles was divided into the control group， and the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine. The observation group was combined with the auricular points on the basis of the control group to compare the nursing effects of the two groups. Results： There was no significant difference in QOL scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After nursing， the QOL scores of the observation group (49.76±5.62) were higher than those of the control group (37.16±4.48)， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the control group was 71.43% lower than that of the observation group (92.86%). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.43% (27/28)， which was higher than that of the control group (67.86% (19/28)， the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion： It is worthy of clinical application and promotion to improve the blood pressure level and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with hypertension.

对于高血压患者而言，采用药物治疗控制血压是常见的治疗手段。但是，临床上从中医角度开展对高血压疾病的控制与治疗也越来越广泛。耳穴压豆属于中医治疗中的一种治疗方法。中医认为，人的五脏六腑均可以在耳朵上找到相应的位置，当人体有病时，往往会在耳廓上的相关穴区出现反应，刺激这些相应的反应点及穴位，可起到防病治病的作用，这些反应点及穴位就是耳穴。本文主要分析耳穴压豆中医护理在高血压病患者中的应用效果，现具体报道如下：
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
将该院收治的56例高血压患者作为研究对象(2018年1月～2019年1月)，根据门诊编号最后一位数奇偶数进行分组，末位数单数分入观察组，末尾数双数分入对照组，对照组28例，人员组成：有男性患者19例，有女性患者9例，患者的年龄区间在45-75岁之间，中间值(62.96±2.86)岁。观察组28例，人员组成：有男性患者17例，有女性患者11例，患者的年龄区间在47-79岁之间，中间值(61.99±3.02)岁。两组数据可公平对比(P>0.05)。研究已得到伦理委员会批准。, http://www.100md.com(杜祎)
