自体耳软骨在再次隆鼻中的应用观察(1)
【摘要】目的： 探究在再次隆鼻中自體耳软骨的临床应用价值。方法： 严格遵循知情与自愿原则从本院于2016年12月～2019年2月接收的众多需再次隆鼻的整形患者中随机选择76例纳为本次实验研究样本，并依照其接受再次隆鼻植入方案意愿的不同分别分为相对应的两组(常规组与研究组)进行针对性再次隆鼻整形治疗，每组各38例。采用硅胶假体对常规组患者进行再次隆鼻植入术，并在此基础上联合自体耳软骨对研究组患者行再次隆鼻植入术。而后由参与本次研究的临床观察小组就两组患者植入手术耗时、整形优良率以及术后并发症发生率和患者对手术整形结果的满意度进行对比分析。结果：综合分析研究结果可知，尽管研究组患者的平均手术植入耗时(96.43±10.39)min稍长于常规组患者的平均手术植入耗时(88.10±10.43)min，且相关数据中存在统计学差异(研究组优于常规组，P<0.05)，但研究组患者的整形总优良率94.74%以及术后并发症总发生率10.52%和患者对手术整形结果的总满意度92.11%均显著优于常规组患者的整形总优良率78.95%以及术后并发症总发生率28.95%和患者对手术整形结果的总满意度73.68%，且两者相关数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：同时采用硅胶假体与自体耳软骨对需再次隆鼻整形患者进行联合植入治疗，虽然手术植入耗时稍长，但却能够在进一步提升整形优良率的同时尽可能地减少术后并发症的产生，有利于大幅度地提高患者对临床整形的满意度，构建和谐医患关系，值得临床大力借鉴与推广。

[Abstract] Objective： to explore the clinical application value of autogenous ear cartilage in rhinoplasty.Method： strictly follow the principle of informed and voluntary from our hospital in December 2016 to February 2019 be received numerous rhinoplasty orthopedic patients randomly selected 76 cases of samples for this experiment research， and in accordance with the scheme of the will of different respectively with edges again divided into corresponding to the two groups (routine group and team) to hump nose plastic surgery treatment again， all the 38 cases in each group.Silicone prosthesis was used for reaugmentation rhinoplasty in patients in the traditional group.On this basis， combined with autogenous ear cartilage， reaugmentation rhinoplasty was performed in patients in the research group.Then， the clinical observation team participating in this study conducted a comparative analysis on the time consumption of implantation surgery， the rate of good and good plastic surgery， the incidence of postoperative complications and the patients' satisfaction with the Results of plastic surgery in the two groups.Results： a comprehensive analysis of the Results showed that， although the average surgical implantation time of the study group was slightly longer than that of the conventional group (96.43±10.39) min， there was a statistical difference in the relevant data (the study group was better than the conventional group， P<0.05).But the team plastic total was 94.74%， and the postoperative complications in patients with 10.52% of the total incidence and total satisfaction with the result of surgical treatment in patients with 92.11% group were significantly superior to the conventional plastic total was 78.95%， and the postoperative complications in patients with total incidence of 28.95% and the total satisfaction of 73.68%， with the result of surgical treatment in patients with relevant data and both differences statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion： at the same time using silica gel prosthesis required subsequent rhinoplasty with autogenous ear cartilage of orthopedic patients for joint implant treatment， although surgical implants take slightly longer， but it can further enhance the rate of good plastic at the same time as much as possible to reduce the postoperative complications， is conducive to dramatically improve patient satisfaction of clinical orthopedic treatment， building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship， worth clinical reference and promotion., 百拇医药(张帆)
