【摘要】目的：探究β2受体激动剂在支气管哮喘治疗中的合理应用价值。方法：选取2018年1月-2019年10月我院收治的支气管哮喘患者80例，随机分成两组，两组患者均进行常规对症治疗，对照组加入β2-受体激动剂沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上加入加用布地奈德气雾剂治疗。结果：研究组的治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的肺功能优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：将β2-受体激动剂应用于支气管哮喘的治疗中，具有理想效果， 和糖皮质激素一起应用具有较高安全性，提高治疗效果，值得推广。
