【摘要】随机选择在我院接受治疗的急性心梗患者资料100例进行回顾性分析，平均把其分成两组，研究组和对照组各有50例资料，研究组患者采用院前急救方法，对照组患者是在我院急诊科进行抢救的，然后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结论：院前急救在急性心梗患者治疗工作中起到了关键性的作用，能够有效提升患者的存活率，降低并发症的发生率，提升治疗效果。
