【摘要】目的：研究高血压脑出血治疗中小骨窗开颅手术与微创血肿穿刺清除术的应用效果。方法：选取82例高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象。结果：对比对照组，研究组术后神经功能缺损评分更低，总有效率更高(P<0.05)。结论：高血压脑出血治疗中微创血肿穿刺清除术的应用效果显著，值得推广应用。
