【摘要】目的：研究分析老年社区获得性肺炎患者的临床特点。方法：以本院接收的100例老年社区获得性肺炎患者，作为研究主体。以患者年龄进行分组探讨，即年龄≥65岁的老年患者纳入研究组(56例)，年龄<65岁的患者纳入常规组(44例)。收集其临床资料，了解其病情以及临床检查结果。结果：研究组呼吸>30次/min、血尿素氮>7mmol/L、低血压、意识障碍、CURB-65评分更高，与常规组差异显著(p<0.05)。研究组合并基础疾病更多，且费用高、疗程长，与常规组差异显著(p<0.05)。结论：老年社区获得性肺炎患者存在诸多基础疾病、病情严重、治疗费用高、疗程长，故而临床应当做到早发现、早诊治，以改善其预后。
