【摘要】目的：分析脑卒中高危人群实施健康管理的作用。方法：选取150例脑卒中高危人群作为研究对象，随机将研究对象分为甲组及乙组，两组患者人数一致。甲组患者采用常规干预，乙组患者采用常规干预联合健康管理，记录两组患者脑卒中出现情况。结果：相比甲组，乙组患者脑卒中出现几率较低，两组之间差异明显(p<0.05)。结论：健康管理在脑卒中高危人群中的应用效果显著。
