【摘要】目的：探讨优质护理干预在凶险性前置胎盘护理中的应用效果。方法：选取2017年10月-2019年2月我院收治的51例凶险性前置胎盘患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法，将其分为对照组和观察组，对比两组护理效果。结果：观察组患者产后并发症显著低于对照组，新生儿Apgar评分、护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：优质护理干预在凶险性前置胎盘护理中效果显著，可显著减少患者产后并发症发生率，并改善新生儿健康状况。

    [Abstract] Objective：To explore the application effect of quality nursing intervention in the treatment of dangerous placenta previa.
