【摘要】目的：研究胃ESD术后迟发性出血需要内镜护理的要点。方法： 随机抽取我院2018年12月～2019年4月采用ESD术后迟发性出血的内镜护理的180例患者病历，探讨其护理过程与护理结果。结果：入选患者在进行胃ESD术后有10例患者出现出血，在采用相关治疗方法后出血停止。结论：部分患者在胃ESD术后出现迟发性出血后，采用优质的迟发性出血护理，能够减少出血带来的伤害。
