【摘要】目的： 探究全程优质护理对胆结石手术患者心理健康和护理满意度的影响。方法：以90例膽结石患者为对象，分为对照组(常规护理)与实验组(全程优质护理)，每组各45例，对比两组患者心理状态与护理满意度。结果：实验组患者护理后HAMA评分与HAMD评分均优于对照组，P<0.05。实验组护理满意度优于对照组，P<0.05。结论：胆结石手术患者实施全程优质护理，有效改善心理状态，得到满意评价，护理效果显著。
