【摘要】目的：探讨在对成人锁骨骨折患者内固定术后实施综合康复治疗在改善患者肩关节功能方面所发挥出的作用。方法：本次研究以我院接受内固定术治疗的42例成人锁骨骨折患者为主，收治时间为2018年9月-2019年8月，将其分为两组，采用临床常规治疗、综合康复治疗两种干预手段，分别作用于对照组和观察组。结果：观察组患者Neer评分值为91.24±4.67分，治疗优良率为90.48%，与对照组(83.41±3.42分、76.19%)相比较，组间差值具有可比性(P<0.05)。结论：在综合康复治疗模式下，根据患者术后身体恢复情况，具有针对性开展康复训练活动，患者肩关节功能得到明显改善，治疗效果更加显著，在临床治疗中具有较高的应用价值。
