【摘要】目的：探析布地奈德联合异丙托溴铵雾化吸入在急诊重症哮喘中的临床治疗效果。方法：随机选取我院2019年2月～2019年8月进行治疗的75例重症哮喘患者作为本次研究的主要对象，利用数字的奇偶性将其随机分为观察组(40例)以及对照组(35例)，我院将氨茶碱静脉注射作为基础，对照组患者采用基础治疗方式，而观察组在基础注射上配合布地奈德联合异丙托溴铵进行雾化治疗，对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：观察组的临床治疗效果明显高于对照组。结论：通过两组患者临床治疗效果的对比得知，在氨茶碱静脉注射的基础上配合布地奈德联合异丙托溴铵进行雾化治疗能够有效提高重症哮喘患者的临床治疗效果，建议广大医护人员在重症哮喘患者的临床治疗上更多的使用联合用药治疗手段。

    [Abstract] Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of severe acute asthma.
