【摘要】目的：探讨在重症获得性下呼吸道感染治疗中降阶梯方案所发挥出的作用。方法：本次研究我院接受治疗的32例重症获得性下呼吸道感染患者为主，收治时间为2018年4月-2019年6月，将其分为两组，采用传统治疗、降阶梯方案两种治疗方法，分别作用于对照组和观察组。结果：观察组患者中1人治疗无效，平均感染控制时间为8.46±1.43d，与常规治疗下的对照组相比较，组间差值具有可比性(P<0.05)。结论：在降阶梯方案中，通过对重症获得性下呼吸道感染进行药敏试验，具有针对性对药物进行调整，确保药效得到充分的发挥，控制住病情的发展。
