【摘要】

    目的：研究分析双水平气道正压通气对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)的治疗效果。方法：将80例COPD-OSAS患者随机分成两组，其中一组名为常规组，予以常规氧疗，另一组名为研究组，予以双水平气道正压通气处理。每个组40例。结果：研究组睡眠质量、血气分析指标更优，且不良反应、死亡率更低，与常规组差异显著(p<0.05)。结论：通过双水平气道正压通气治疗后，COPD-OSAS患者预后改善效果更佳，值得引起临床重视。
