基于“胃不和则卧不安”理论用四联疗法在治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效(1)

     摘要 目的：观察四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的疗效。方法：选取2011年5月至2013年5月兴隆县蓝旗营中心衛生院住院的幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡患者68例作为观察组，采用阿莫西林、奥美拉唑、枸橼酸铋钾和呋喃唑酮四联疗法进行治疗;另选同期患者68例为对照组，仅应用阿莫西林、奥美拉唑治疗。比较2组治疗4周后的疗效及幽门螺杆菌的根除率及睡眠质量。结果：观察组和对照组分别有67例、60例，总有效率分别为98.53%、88.24%，实验组有效率相对较高，且各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05，χ2=5.26);治疗4周后观察组和对照组的幽门螺杆菌根除率分别为91.17%、77.94%，观察组相对较高，且各组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05，χ2=11.23);2组1个月后的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01，t=0.00)，且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05，t=2.42)。结论：以PPI为主的四联疗法能有效根除消化性溃疡Hp，且仅有较小的不良反应，值得推广和应用。

    Leading to Restless Sleep” Combined with Quadruple

    Therapy in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer

    Abstract Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of quadruple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer.Methods：A total 68 cases Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer patients in observation group from May 2011 to May 2013 in our hospital，and who were treated with the quadruple therapy of amoxicillin，omeprazole，bismuth potassium citrate and furazolidone，another 68 cases in control group Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer patients at the same time were treated with amoxicillin，omeprazole only.The clinical efficacy，eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori，sleep qulity 4 weeks after treatment in 2 groups were compared.Results：There were 67 cases and 60 cases in observation group and control group respectively，and the total efficacy were 98.53% and 88.24% respectively，the efficacy in observation group was higher than that in control group，and the difference was significant (P<0.05，χ2=5.26); the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori 4 weeks after treatment in observation group and control group were 91.17% and 77.94% respectively，observation group was higher than control group，and the difference was significant(P<0.05，χ2=11.23); the PSQI scores in 2 groups 2 months agter treatment decreased compared with before treatment (P<0.01，t=0.00)，and observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05，t=2.42).Conclusion：The quadruple therapy give priority to PPI can eradicate the Helicobacter pylori of peptic ulcer，and has less adverse reaction，which is worth popularization and application.
