摘要 本文通过对上海地方中药的文献复习，系统整理了上海地方中药中有关睡眠的中药文献。这些中药对睡眠的作用部分在临床上没有得到很好的应用，需要通过文献研究进行总结整理，以便今后进行深入研究。主要通过对植物药的文献研究，对上海地方中医临床应用上海中医治疗睡眠障碍，提供一些参考。

    Abstract Based on the literature review of Shanghai local traditional Chinese medicine，systematically collect the traditional Chinese medicine literature about sleep herb in Shanghai area.The effect of these sleep herb didn′t have a good clinical application and it needs to be summarized through literature study for further research in the future.Through studying the literature of botanical and provide some references for clinical application of Shanghai local traditional Chinese medicine to treat sleep disorders in Shanghai.
