颈动脉粥样硬化超声检查在睡眠不足人群中的临床意义(1)

     摘要 目的：探讨颈动脉粥样硬化超声检查在睡眠不足人群中的临床意义。方法：选取2017年1月至2018年9月我院体检人群中筛选研究对象，将其中主诉睡眠不足(每日睡眠时间<7 h)的68例人员作为观察组，另选取70例睡眠正常人员作为对照组，2组均接受颈动脉粥样硬化超声检查，比较2组患者相关指标的变化。结果：对照组与观察组患者的睡眠时间分别为(7.85±1.83)h、(5.49±1.36)h，比较差异有统计学意义(t=8.579，P<0.05);观察组IMT与RI指数明显高于对照组，PSV与EDV速度明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者的颈总动脉弹性功能参数出现较大差异，其中观察组Ds、Dd、β以及PP等指标均高于对照组，而△D稍低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：颈动脉粥样硬化超声检查在睡眠不足人群中发挥重要的临床作用，不仅有助于筛查动脉粥样硬化的發生风险，同时也为此类人群的生活行为提供借鉴指导，尽可能降低心血管疾病的发生。

    Clinical Significance of Carotid Atherosclerosis Ultrasonography in Sleep Insufficiency Population

    Abstract Objective：To explore the clinical significance of carotid atherosclerosis ultrasonography in sleep-deprived people.Methods：From January 2017 to September 2018，the subjects were screened from the physical examination population in our hospital.Sixty-eight of them complained of insufficient sleep(less than 7 hours of sleep per day)as observation group，and 70 normal sleepers as control group.Carotid atherosclerosis was examined by ultrasonography in both groups，and the changes of related indexes were compared between the two groups.Results：The sleeping time of the patients in the control group and the observation group were respectively(7.85±1.83)h and(5.49±1.36)h.The difference was statistically significant(t=8.579，P<0.05).The IMT and RI index in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group，and the speed of PSV and EDV in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The elastic function parameters of common carotid artery between the two groups showed significant difference.The indexes of Ds，Dd，beta and PP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，and Delta D was slightly lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：Carotid atherosclerosis ultrasonography plays an important clinical role in the sleep-deprived population.It not only helps to screen for the risk of atherosclerosis，but also provides guidance for the life behavior of such people，so as to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular diseases as far as possible.
