摘要 目的：探讨睡眠呼吸暂停低通气(Obsructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome，OSAHS)程度与高血压分级相关性。方法：筛选出睡眠呼吸暂停低通气合并高血压患者，予以多导睡眠仪监测，对OSAHS程度与高血压分级相关性进行分析。结果：睡眠呼吸暂停低通气严重程度与高血压分级程度呈正相关(相关系数0.257，P<0.05)。结论：睡眠呼吸暂停低通气严重程度与高血压分级程度呈正相关。
