摘要 年龄较高、女性患者、长期饮酒、合并乙肝或丙肝以及营养不良等现实因素都会不同程度地加重肝损伤的程度。正确选择、合理使用保肝药对抗结核药物所致的肝损伤具有积极的预防和保护作用。抗结核药物所致的肝损伤患者也会出现睡眠障碍，影响因素包括心理因素、环境因素及生理因素。临床上也应关注患者的睡眠质量，促进肝脏及时修复。
