摘要 目的：探讨重复经颅磁刺激联合抗抑郁药物治疗卒中后抑郁的效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法：选取2016年6月至2018年10月揭西县人民医院收治的卒中后抑郁患者120例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组60例。对照组接受抗抑郁药物治疗，观察组采用重复经颅磁刺激联合抗抑郁药物治疗，对2组效果、抑郁程度及睡眠质量进行观察。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%，较对照组83.33%高(P0.05)，观察组治疗后HAMD评估与PSQI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：重复经颅磁刺激联合抗抑郁药物治疗卒中后抑郁效果满意，也能提高患者睡眠质量，值得推广。
