摘要 目的：评价难治性抑郁症接受艾司西酞普兰与奥氮平联合治疗对患者睡眠质量、心理状态的调节作用。方法：选取2018年3月至2019年3月青岛优抚医院收治的难治性抑郁症患者100例作为研究对象，分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组单纯服用艾司西酞普兰，观察组在对照组基础上联用奥氮平，比较其结果。结果：观察组患者的心理状态与睡眠质量均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对难治性抑郁症患者施予艾司西酞普兰与奥氮平联合治疗的效果显著，价值颇高，建议全面推广。
