摘要 通过一例小柴胡汤合桃红四物汤加龙牡治疗瘀热互结不寐的个案报道，论述祛瘀泻热法治疗不寐的辨证论治新思路。分析其病机治法、组方用药，阐述“治病必求于本”对于治疗不寐的重要性。小柴胡汤合桃红四物汤加龙牡治疗瘀热互结型不寐疗效显著。治疗时，依据“六经八纲辨证”原则，明确病机，仔细辨证，精准用药，方能效如桴鼓。
