摘要 目的：探究经络注血疗法配合中医护理治疗气虚血瘀型中风后遗症的效果。方法：选取2018年6月至2019年5月广东省龙川县中医院收治的气虚血瘀型中风后遗症患者75例作为研究对象，按照治疗方法不同分为西医组(n=32)和中医组(n=43)，西医组患者给予西药治疗，中医组患者给与经络注血疗法配合中医护理治疗，比较2种方法的效果。结果：治疗后中医组的肢体功能评分、神经功能缺损评分和睡眠质量指数评分分别为(72.36±5.32)分、(9.39±2.04)分和(8.15±1.53)分，优于治疗前和西医组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：经络注血疗法配合中医护理治疗气虚血瘀型中风后遗症能够促使患者的肢体功能、神经功能恢复，改善睡眠质量。
