摘要 鼻腔扩容术改善上气道阻力治疗OSAHS的方法在临床广泛使用，但疗效不一。因此鼻腔阻塞与OSAHS的发病机制、鼻腔扩容术在改善上气道阻塞治疗OSAHS疾病的应用及其对鼻腔功能及睡眠方面的影响、鼻腔扩容术的合理选择等研究已成为热点研究，本文就此进行综述，以期提高鼻腔扩容术的临床应用价值。
