温胆汤治疗慢性胃炎并失眠症的疗效观察(1)
摘要 目的：探討温胆汤治疗慢性胃炎并失眠症的临床疗效。方法：选取2018年2月至2019年3月霞浦县医院接收的慢性胃炎并失眠症患者76例作为研究对象，按照治疗方式分为观察组和对照组，每组38例。对照组患者采用艾司唑仑片进行治疗，观察组则采用温胆汤进行治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效和PSQI评分。结果：观察组的治疗总有效率(92.11%)，显著高于对照组(60.53%)，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前观察组和对照组的各项PSQI评分均相当，2组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组的各项PSQI评分，均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：温胆汤治疗慢性胃炎并失眠症，能够显著提高患者的治疗效果，对患者的睡眠质量产生良好的改善作用，具有较高的临床实践价值。

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Wendan Decoction on Chronic Gastritis and Insomnia

Abstract Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of wendan decoction on chronic gastritis and insomnia.Methods：A total of seventy-six patients with chronic gastritis and insomnia admitted to xiapu county hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to treatment methods， with 38 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with estazolam tablets， while those in the observation group were treated with wendan decoction.The clinical efficacy and PSQI score of the two groups were compared.Results：Total effective rate (92.11%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (60.53%)， and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).All the PSQI scores of the observation group and the control group before treatment were similar， and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>， 0.05).All the PSQI scores in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group， with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion：in the treatment of chronic gastritis and insomnia， wendan decoction can significantly improve the treatment effect of patients， improve the sleep quality of patients， and has high clinical practice value., http://www.100md.com(苏文新)
