护理干预及营养支持对胃癌患者营养状况及睡眠质量的影响(1)

     摘要 目的：觀察和评价护理干预以及营养支持对胃癌患者的营养状况以及睡眠质量的改善的效果。方法：选取2016年5月至2018年5月重庆市开州区人民医院收治的的胃癌患者80例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。观察组患者采用护理干预以及营养支持进行联合护理，对照组患者采用常规方法进行护理。对2组患者的睡眠质量评分、营养指数评分以及生命质量评分进行比较，分析护理干预以及营养支持的效果。结果：观察组患者的睡眠质量评分为(6.19±2.36)分，营养指数评分为(45.62±5.62)分，生命质量评分为(80.25±5.26)分，对照组患者的睡眠质量评分为(10.19±2.42)分，营养指数评分为(38.72±5.42)分，生命质量评分为(69.12±6.28)分，观察组患者各项评分显著优于对照组患者，2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：通过护理干预以及营养支持对胃癌患者进行护理治疗，患者的睡眠质量、生命质量、营养指标显著改善，效果良好，值得在临床中推广应用。

    Effect of Nursing Intervention and Nutritional Support on Nutritional Status and Sleep Quality of Patients with Gastric Cancer

    Abstract Objective：Gastric cancer patients through nursing intervention and nutritional support，the nutritional status of patients and the improvement of sleep quality analysis.Methods：The author from the hospital in May 2016 to May 2018 in patients were randomly selected from 80 cases of patients with gastric cancer study，all patients into two groups according to the randomized method，observation group(n=40)patients by nursing intervention and nutritional support for joint care，the control group(n=40)patient care by conventional methods，the two groups of patients sleep quality score，nutrition index score and quality of life score comparison，the analysis of the effect of nursing intervention and nutritional support effect.Results：The observation group of patients for sleep quality score：6.19±2.36，for nutrition index score：45.62±5.62，for the quality of life score：80.25±5.26，the control group patients for sleep quality score：10.19±2.42，for nutrition index score：38.72±5.42，for the quality of life score：69.12±6.28，each score significantly superior to the control group patients group，has significant differences between groups，the difference is statistically significant，P<0.05.Conclusion：Through nursing intervention and nutritional support for the nursing treatment of gastric cancer patients，patients′ sleep quality，quality of life，nutritional indicators significantly improved，the effect is good，worthy of promotion and application in clinical., http://www.100md.com(李琼 李英)
