摘要 目的：分析神经发育支持模式对改善早产儿生长发育与睡眠质量的效果。方法：选取2017年5月至2018年5月安徽医科大学第一附属医院收治的早产儿94例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组(常规护理干预)和观察组(神经发育支持模式)，每组47例，比较护理效果。结果：观察组身高、体质量、头围等生长发育速度快于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后14 d、干预后21 d的睡眠时间多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：早产儿临床开展神经发育支持模式干预对加快生长发育速度以及改善睡眠质量有着积极的意义。
