摘要 目的：分析突发性耳聋合并耳鸣患者通过综合护理措施进行干预对改善睡眠质量的效果。方法：选取2017年1月至2018年12月蚌埠市第三人民医院收治的突发性耳聋合并耳鸣患者88例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组44例。对照组通过五官科常规护理措施进行干预，观察组通过综合护理措施进行干预，比较2组患者的睡眠质量改善情况。结果：观察组PSQI评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：突发性耳聋合并耳鸣患者通过综合护理措施进行干预能促使整体睡眠质量明显提升，对改善患者治疗预后有着积极的意义。
