摘要 目的：探究综合护理对轻中型颅脑外伤患者综合功能及睡眠质量的临床改善效果。方法：选取2017年10月至2019年4月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的轻中型颅脑外伤患者86例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组43例。对照组进行常规护理，观察组进行综合护理。比较2组的综合功能[功能综合评定量表(FCA)]及睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]。结果：干预后观察组的FCA评分显著高于对照组，PSQI评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：综合护理干预可显著改善轻中型颅脑外伤患者的综合功能及睡眠质量，值得推广。
