摘要 目的：对综合护理对重症监护室患者睡眠障碍的影响进行分析。方法：选取2019年1月至2019年12月厦门大学附属第一医院重症监护室中收治的存在睡眠障碍的患者80例作为研究对象，按照入院时间分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。临床治疗过程中对2组患者应用不同的护理方法，研究的比较内容为2组患者的护理效果。结果：观察组总有效例数为39例，总有效率为97.50%，对照组总有效例数为30例，总有效率为75.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论：对重症监护室中存在睡眠障碍的患者应用综合护理措施，有利于提升患者的护理有效率，从而促使患者的睡眠质量得到进一步提升，可见综合护理措施在重症监护室中具有较高的应用价值，建议推广。
