摘要 目的：探讨分析一体化护理对呼吸心跳骤停患者抢救质量及睡眠影响分析。方法：选取2017年8月至2019年8月重庆市渝北区人民医院呼吸内科收治的呼吸心跳骤停患者98例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组49例。给与对照组患者实施基础护理措施，观察组患者实施一体化护理措施，比较2组患者抢救质量、抢救成功率及睡眠质量影响评价。结果：观察组抢救质量优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组抢救成功率(79.59%)高于对照组(51.02%)(P<0.05);干预前2组患者睡眠质量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，干预后观察组睡眠质量评分(9.7±2.3)分优于对照组(11.6±3.3)分(P<0.05)。结论：一体化护理对呼吸心跳骤停患者有积极意义，可以提高患者抢救质量及睡眠质量，效果显著，值得临床推广应用。
