摘要：目的 探讨孕妇学校教育在降低剖宫产中的作用和效果。方法 选取在我院分娩的孕妇320例，将未接受孕妇学校健康教育的140例孕妇为对照组，接受孕妇学校健康教育的180例孕妇为观察组。两组孕妇入院后均接受常规鼓励自然分娩的宣教，比较两组孕妇的剖宫产率和妊娠合并症率。结果 观察组剖宫产率、社会因素剖宫产率及妊娠并发症发生率均明显低于对照组，组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 孕妇学校健康教育能够有效降低剖宫产率，尤其是降低社会因素剖宫产率，减少妊娠合并症，提高母婴的健康安全。

Abstract Objective: To study the effect of health education in pregnant women school to reduce caesarean section rate. Methods: Choosed 320 pregnant women to divide into study group and controlled group. Patients in controlled group(140 cases) didn’t receive health education from pregnant women school, but the study group(180 cases) did, compared the effect of these two groups.
