米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果分析

摘要：目的 探讨和分析米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法 选取我院收治的子宫肌瘤患者74例，均采用米非司酮治疗，彩超检查治疗前后患者子宫与肌瘤大小、检测血清激素水平及不良反应情况。结果 用药前后，患者子宫及肌瘤大小有显著性变化，用药后子宫及肌瘤平均体积均低于用药前，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；用药后，除雄激素水平与用药前无明显变化外，其它几项激素的水平均低于用药前，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于子宫肌瘤患者，采用米非司酮治疗具有安全性高、见效快等优点，值得临床推广及应用。

The clinical effect analysis of treating uterine fibroids with mifepristone

Abstract Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of treating uterine fibroids with mifepristone. Methods: Choosed 74 patients to treat with mifepristone, compared the effect before and after the treatment by color Doppler ultrasound. Results: The size of uterus and fibroids had significant changes before and after medication. The average volume of uterus and fibroids after medicationwas smaller than that before medication(P<0.05). The hormone levels after medication were lower than that before medication, except androgen level(P<0.05).
