【摘要】目的:分析研究慢阻肺呼吸衰竭采取无创机械正压通气治疗以及护理的效果。方法：抽取2012年4月-2013年12月在我院收治的患有慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴有呼吸衰竭的病人70例，对其采取无创机械正压通气治疗以及护理，对其临床治疗效果给予分析研究。结果：临床治疗以后病人的各项血气指标改善情况明显优于临床治疗之前，其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴有呼吸衰竭采取无创机械正压通气治疗，可以获得令人满意的效果，临床治疗期间需要采取精细护理，使临床治疗效果明显提高，使病人健康生活质量得到保障。

AbstractObjective: To research and analyze the nursing and curative effect of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of COPD complicated with respiratory failure. Methods: Selected 70 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure in our hospital from April 2012 to December 2013, then analyzed the curative effect of the treatment. Results: Blood gas analysis index was improved obviously as compared with before treatment, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure cured can obtain satisfactory results by non-invasive positive pressure ventilation treatment, they need to take fine clinical nursing during the treatment ......
