目的：研究膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)中E2F-1、CyclinD1的表达.方法：采用免疫组化技术对68例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中E2F-1和CyclinD1进行检测, 同时以18例正常膀胱组织做对照。结果：E2F-1和CyclinD1免疫阳性产物均为棕黄色或棕褐色，阳性着色均定位于细胞核。68例BTCC组织中，E2F-1和CyclinD1阳性率分别为69.12%，51.47%，均显著高于正常膀胱组织(P<0.01)。结论： E2F-1和CyclinD1均参与膀胱移行细胞癌的发生和发展，且E2F-1和CyclinD1的高表达可以作为膀胱移行细胞癌早期诊断的标志。

Objectives: This study was to investigate the expression of E2F-1 and CyclinD1 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma (BTCC).
Methods: Expression of E2F-1 and CyclinD1 were evaluated by immunohistochemistry technique with 68 case of bladder transitional cell carcinoma and 18 normal bladder cases.
