52例老年肱骨外科颈骨折锁定钢板手术治疗分析(1)

【摘要】目的：本文主要探讨了老年肱骨外科骨折锁定钢板手术的治疗效果。方法：资料选取2012年12月至2013年12月我院收治的肱骨外科颈骨折老年患者52例，将其分为研究组和对照组各26例，给予研究组患者肱骨近端锁定钢板固定术进行治疗，对照组则采用T型钢板内固定进行治疗。结果：研究组患者临床治疗总有效率为96.15%，对照组患者临床治疗总有效率76.92%；研究组患者骨折平均愈合时间为(3.9±1.1)个月，对照组患者骨折平均愈合时间(5.0±1.5)个月；研究组患者治疗后不良反应率为3.84%，对照组术后不良反应率19.23%，三组结果比较均差异显著，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：采用肱骨近端锁定钢板固定术进行治疗肱骨外科颈骨折老年患者的临床总有效率显著，手术安全，患者骨折的愈合时间大大缩短，且不良反应率低，具有较高的临床应用和推广价值。
