【摘要】 目的：探讨药品管理在医院管理工作中的重要性，为医院药品管理工作提供参考。方法：通过从药品管理模式、药品管理规范以及药品监控三个方面分析我国医院药品管理的现状，说明药品管理在医院管理工作中的重要性。结果与结论：在新形势下，医院药品管理应转变管理模式，坚持以质量为核心的药品管理和以患者为核心的服务管理模式，严格按照规范化和现代化的管理方法，全面提高医院药品管理水平，为患者提供更高质量的医疗服务。

    The importance of drug management in hospital management

    【Abstract】Objective: To explore the importance of drug management in hospital management. Methods: The importance of drug management in hospital management was illustrated through analyzing the present situation of drug management mode, drug management specification and drug monitoring.Result & Conclusion: Under the new situation, the mode of drug management should be changed to a new mode which put the drug quality management and the service for patient as the core of management policy, and improve the hospital drugs management level, provide higher quality of medical services to patients.
