摘要：目的：研究中医在风湿病辩治上的应用。方法：对多名风湿病患者进行中医角度的的分析，从内在与外在两方面分析辩治方法。利用中医所特有的诊治手段，对风湿病进行分析，找出治疗风湿病的最佳办法。资料：利用中国古代的各种医学名著，如《内径》、《素问.刺法轮》、《重订严氏济生方》以及《顾氏医镜》等，根据书中的记载进行风湿病的诊治。讨论：中医与西医在诊治风湿病上的区别，了解各自所具有的优点。结果：从中医的角度来看，风湿病发生的内在原因是体虚感邪，外在原因是风寒湿邪，由此造成的经络痹阻是病发的主要病机。
