【摘要】目的： 探究舒适护理在手术室护理过程中的应用价值。方法：选取2012年6月~2013年10月我院收治的642例手术患者为研究对象，按照手术室护理方式的不同分为对照组与观察组，对照组给予手术室常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上给予舒适护理，观察两组患者手术过程中的生命体征变化及术中配合程度。结果：两组患者焦虑程度、主动配合、基本配合、勉强配合、术中呼吸、心率、收缩压、舒张压比较P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：舒适护理在手术室护理过程中能有效降低患者对手术的焦虑，同时能促进患者对手术的配合，是一种有效的护理模式。
