人性化服务在门诊护理管理中的应用分析

     【摘要】目的:分析研究门诊护理管理加入人性化服务的临床应用价值。方法:抽取2011年9月-2013年9月在我院门诊就诊的病人400例,对其采取人性化服务模式,同时调查患者对临床护理服务的满意程度。结果:通过两年人性化服务模式,患者对医院就诊环境、行为举止、健康教育、以及护理人员仪容仪表等满意率全部在90%以上。结论:在门诊护理管理当中加入人性化服务,可以使病人满意度明显提高,门诊临床护理质量明显提高,使门诊乃至整个医院持续、良好的发展。

    Abstract Objective: To study the value of the humanized service in nursing management of outpatient clinic. Method: Selected 400 patients of our hospital from September 2011 to September 2013. They would take the humanized service mode and satisfaction investigation of nursing. Results: After two years of humanity service model, the satisfaction degree of the hospital environment, behavior, health education, and nursing staff appearance was all above 90%.Conclusion: The humanized service in nursing management of outpatient clinic, can make the patient satisfaction improved significantly, the quality of outpatient clinical care improved, and the outpatient clinic ,even the hospital sustainable developed ......
