【摘要】目的：对结直肠癌病人加速康复外科围手术期营养支持的护理进行分析研究。方法：随机抽取80例2013年2月～2014年2月在本院行结直肠癌切除术的患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例，对观察组予以加速康复外科护理，对照组予以常规护理，观察并比较两组患者康复效果及并发症的发生情况。结果：观察组患者术后肛门首次排气时间，静脉输液时间、下床活动时间及平均住院时间均短于对照组，观察组患者并发症的发生率总计15.0%低于对照组65.0%，组间比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论：对结直肠癌患者采取加速康复护理可有效降低患者并发症的发生率，促进患者恢复，值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective: To analyze the experience of nutritional support of perioperative care in colorectal cancer patients with accelerated rehabilitation.
