【摘要】目的：对层流手术室空气细菌浓度监测的结果进行分析，总结相应的护理措施。方法：以我院Ⅰ级手术室空气作为研究对象，对手术区及其周边区空气细菌浓度进行监测，分析影响层流手术室空气细菌浓度的相关因素。结果：层流手术室手术区及其周边区域空气细菌浓度均合格；动态监测T1～T7的监测值均高于T0值，差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)，7～9人组空气细菌浓度监测值高于<6人组，差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论：从操作流程和硬件系统方面采取方案，防止空气细菌浓度超标，降低手术感染发生率。
