【摘要】目的：对剖宫产后预防下肢静脉血栓的优质护理进行分析探讨。方法：随机抽取2013年2月～2013年1月本院110例剖宫产后患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各25例，对观察组患者实施优质护理，对照组采取常规护理，观察并比较两组患者血栓的发生率及患者满意度。结果：两组患者肺栓塞发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05)，观察组患者静脉血栓发生率和总血栓发生率低于对照组，观察组患者总满意度98.2%高于对照组78.2%，组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论：优质护理可有效降低剖宫产术后患者下肢静脉血栓的形成，提高患者护理满意度，具有非常积极的临床应用价值。

AbstractObjective: To discuss the quality nursing for preventing phlebothrombosis after caesarean section.
