[摘要]目的：探讨炔诺酮联合坤灵丸治疗围绝经期的疗效。方法：将90例围绝经期功血患者资料，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组于诊断性刮宫术后第5天开始口服炔诺酮，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加服中成药坤灵丸，分析两组间的治疗效果及控制出血的情况。结果：对照组总有效率88.8%，观察组总有效率100%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P
