摘要：目的 分析舒必利合并氟西汀对治疗精神分裂症后抑郁患者的临床疗效。方法 选取本院精神分裂症后抑郁患者36例，随机分组后，分别给予舒必利及舒必利联合氟西汀治疗，观察疗效。结果 相较于对照组，联合用药组显效率更高(P<0.05)，心慌患者显著减少(P<0.05)。结论 舒必利联合氟西汀对治疗精神分裂症后抑郁疗效显著，可用于临床推广。
